Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included.
Schedule a Pickup
For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
